Why this exists

  • Most experienced coaches eventually learn this: clients aren’t paying for workouts. They’re paying to feel seen, remembered, and supported over time.

  • I hit a ceiling trying to do that manually—texts, spreadsheets, apps, chaos. I didn’t want to fix that by outsourcing the relationship to bots or groups.

  • So I built a system that helps me stay close to clients without getting buried in admin. It works today. I use it every day.
